Horrible maintenance man harassing my nephew at the apartments, this guy doesnât even live here heâs just visiting and he goes and yells at my nephew and yells at kids around the building. Heâs tall with a beard and a mask. Also, he shouldnât be leaving things laying around like tools.

Apartments are nice management sucks hire new workers who actually take there residents serious I moved out about 7 months ago.

I'm a teenager living in one of these apartments, they'd be pretty good if they didn't blast the brightest lights known to man into our windows. If you don't like the idea of needed to barricade your windows in order to get any sleep, please do not rent here. Or, get blackout curtains.

I have been going back and forth with the management at Canyon Park regarding a refund for when I moved out at the end of MAY! Iâve had the worst experience with them. After fighting about my deposit which they wanted to keep, by adding just the perfect amount of charges that magically added up to my deposit amount, the manager said she would be sending me a check for a partial refund. I was supposed to receive this check mid-September! I never received it. I notified them and they had no idea about the check! Only the âmanagerâ knows, and she's never around. Iâve been calling two or three times a week and emailing them and no one has an answer for me. They donât know anything about the check. And they never return my phone calls. First, they wanted to keep my whole deposit and now they aren't responding to the refund check!

Do you self a favor and read the reviews. I wish I had. The apartments are fine but the management is shady. We were told one thing then when time came to sigh the lease we were told something completely different. We talked to the office manager and she said she would honor what we were originally told. Now we have discovered that the lease agreement was changed after we signed it with out our knowledge or consent. No one in the office says they can fix it except for the manager who was conveniently absent for the day. If you need to move here please record all conversations with the office staff to protect yourself.
