IRS needs to investigate this place! Thereâs no way someone making $52K a year can reasonably afford these apartments. Itâs $1,450 base rent + $200 utilities + $80 laundry + $30 parking + $150 for a garage = $1,910/month total! And thatâs before other living expenses. The numbers just donât add up. This place is a joke!

I am living through a nightmare with this apartment complex. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I moved out on January 30, 2023, returned my keys to the leasing office, and was told that everything was in order. I was asked to provide a forwarding address so they could mail me my security deposit refund. I never received it. Now, more than three years later, I am being contacted by a collection agency claiming that I owe rent for January. This is simply not true. I paid that monthâs rent on December 31 with a check, and my bank confirmed that the check was cashed by the apartment management. I submitted proof of payment, but they refused to accept it and are demanding that I pay the same rent a second time. To make matters worse, my security deposit was never returned. Every time I visit the leasing office, I get the same response: no one knows anything about my case, and they promise to call me backâbut they never do. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and unresolved financial issues have made this an incredibly stressful experience.

Horrible maintenance man harassing my nephew at the apartments, this guy doesnât even live here heâs just visiting and he goes and yells at my nephew and yells at kids around the building. Heâs tall with a beard and a mask. Also, he shouldnât be leaving things laying around like tools.

I'm a teenager living in one of these apartments, they'd be pretty good if they didn't blast the brightest lights known to man into our windows. If you don't like the idea of needed to barricade your windows in order to get any sleep, please do not rent here. Or, get blackout curtains.
