VERY disappointed with the new management company! The laundry room is not available when itâs supposed to be available, there are no hours posted for when itâs open & when itâs not. People need to do laundry after 5, like people who work all day just to come home & find that they canât do laundry. The 1st time I went to ask about it, the new head of maintenance was very rude to me about it! Especially considering that HE is responsible for unlocking the deadbolt that residents donât have a key for. The new company has not done anything to let the residents know the when it will be open, & the office hours that are posted online are wrong, apparently the main office closes at 5 now, when itâs been open until 6, to accommodate those who work 9-5, but not anymore. If you need to talk to the office & you work until 5, too bad for you! Convenience for their residents is not a priority for this new company! Not one of my neighbors is happy with the new company. Another one. This place has changed management companies 4 times since Iâve been here & things NEVER improve when a new company takes over. Except for the last one. The ladies that worked in the office & the maintenance men were very nice & understanding when rent was hard to come up with. They are missed SO much! The laundry room not being available when itâs supposed to be makes it very hard for those of us who donât have washers and dryers to have clean laundry! So if you donât have a washer and dryer, donât live here. Only God knows when youâll be able to do your laundry!

Very cozy and spacious apartment, the price is affordable, if you need maintenance people are very attentive. super indication

This is a friendly, quiet place to live. Staff and maintenance work hard to make sure you have a pleasant living experience. I feel comfortable living here.

Iâm a current resident. At first everything was good, staff was friendly. We signed A LOT of paperwork as expected. Iâve been here for a couple of months. The complex is clean well kept. Trash bins overflow many times and I donât let my kids walk on the grass because there is dog poop everywhere! Even right next to the doggy poop bags they provide and trash bin area. Hereâs my issue. I called the office and spoke with Caitlin. I expressed my concerns about the parking spot they gave us. I also told her that I have a child with special needs, he also has anxiety. There are no lights in this area, none! At times I need to rush home before it gets too dark so my child doesnât have a complete anxiety attack or find an unmarked parking spot that has plenty of lights. She said she will see what she can do and get back to me, took my cell phone number etc. A couple of days go by and I donât get a call or email. So I call back and this time no one answers (there are three women that work in this office on the premises) so I leave a message. Over a week goes by and still nothing. By the time Iâm available to go to the office, theyâre closed. Anyway my car gets broken into. Of course!! Itâs pitch black where I park, no cameras and i canât see my car from where I live. My husband filed a police report and now my husband checks on our car many times before going to bed. So Iâm furious and leave another message. Still no return call or email. I CAN NOT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP! Weâre most certainly not staying here any longer than that. Itâs unfortunate that they have so many rules that are NOT enforced. The open parking spaces are taken over by cars that no longer run or small utility trailers. I wouldnât be so upset if she would simply give me a call, email or leave a note on my door explaining whether or not she could help me get a different parking spot, very unprofessional! I DO NOT recommend moving here, try the apartment complex next door!
