These guys are amazing……I told them that my stove was broke and within two hours they were there with a new one and I was having issues with my pilot light and my water heater and the last company couldn’t figure it out and within one day these guys pulled it off and made it work and I have not had any problems since and I have not had to light the pilot light myself ever since I saw the snow removal around here is amazing it’s great not helping anyone get unstuck this year is great and they’re just overall amazing !!’

I have been working with Crystal for the past three weeks. I am amazed at her work ethics! She is very personable and gives the best customer experience. She is very professional And very willing to help. I appreciate how she treated me with the utmost respect! I felt like she was going the extra mile. This has been one of the best renting experiences we’ve had! Especially since the new management got here. They are amazing, timely, and really care about making sure everything is working and safe.!! Highly recommend! Office staff is really dependable!

New management is very disappointing, they don't communicate, won't answer the phone, they have changed the office hours to where anybody with a normal job can not get help, even during business hours you can't get help. They have even lied. Hopefully in the future they will gain the integrity to actually communicate and take care of their residents. In the 3 years I've lived here, I have never been treated this way. Ridiculous.

This was absolutely the worst experience I've had all year. They make you send them $200 to apply and say that they keep $50 for the application fee and the other $150 will go towards rent, or it will be refunded to you if you are not approved. I didn't get approved and 2 days later they took the 150 out of account. After they denied me. They have the worst customer service too. They ignore you and they can't give you answers. I sent multiple emails and texts, I called and never got an answer so I left voicemails, and I went there in person regarding my $150 deposit multiple times. It took them about 6 weeks before they told me my refund check got lost in the mail and another 4 weeks before the new check got there. So 10 weeks before I got my 150 back. I never saw what the apartments looked like inside, but thank God I was denied and don't have to deal with these absent minded, unhelpful and very unprofessional staff members again. After 9 and a half weeks they couldn't give me a tracking number and told me it would be another 2 to 3 weeks I was thinking about calling a lawyer.. a few days later my check was there so I decided to go get my money and try to forget about this horrible experience.

This is stupid they change management and not even notified residents. They even change office ours and not updated on that. The lady I spoke with today she is very rude she didn’t want to take responsibility for anything. She is pretty much threatening residents if they don’t take this and that she will move forward with attorney. She keep saying she don’t have access to anything how the hell they move management with out any acess. I feel like she just don’t want to help at all. With this cost of living people need help rental assistance and she tells people it’s your responsibility and not willing to help at all. If you are planning to move here do not move. I have been living here for years and I never been treated this way from previous management.

I don't live here but have family members that so. Every time I'm over there's police there and even shots being fired. How management can allow their complex to be so unsafe I'll never know. Trashed out place, bins always overflowing, druggies everywhere. Fix your place management, make all new residents do drug tests and forced background checks.
