Old leasing company used to use paper and TAPE a move it ticket to your vehicle to not cause damage to personal property. We just had a two day state wide snow storm where we were asked to stay home, plows hadnât even come through our complex until early this morning so moving our car was out of question. Risking sliding our car into another residents car is not an option during storms like that so we stayed put at the leasing office until today when snow is melting and plowed. The complex doesnât even have enough parking spots to match residents needs when everyone is home like that + guests. Highly recommend not using stickers that cause damage to your residence vehicles. Sticker wonât come off with scraping, scratching, or wetness so now we have to go spend money and find something to take it off.

Administration is so kind and helpful! The maintenance team is also very efficient and cleaned the snow of sidewalks so fast after the last snow storm!
