I was very excited to have gotten a place ,where me and my 15 year old son whos competency is 9. Could call home something that has never happened until than. . After living in a domestic violence shelter. To excape abuse from those we were living. With police reports attached. It was finally amazing to feel safe. And somewheres where my son can come home to and not feel some type of way. He took the brunt of the physical i took it verbal to those we were suspose to call family. So after finally getting the chance to have somewheres. Life took a turn for the worse. I had to walk away from my job mid april due to the fact the individuals house that we were at. We could no longer stay there. I worked 12 hour shifts. 3 to 5 12s sometime. I needed those last 2 weeks to make rent. So i went on a search for a temp job. But non were available. I immediately started to apply for jobs. But so many started may 1st. I took a temp job. But there they worked 2-3-3-2 rotating shifts. Unfortunately i caught the 2 day shift. Than my new job that would work out perfect started may 6th. I couldnt keep a 6 am to 6 pm due to my sons mental competency. When i informed them of the situation. I was told to communicate. B4 they asked me how much i would pay. They had sent stuff to lawyers i told her what i could. When i could. And that i was expecting taxes back.. they declined to take any from of payment from me. I declined to take a second job due to my son . So i decided to take a shot at creating finacial freedom for us. And that was to join a buisness where i know results happen for sure if u put the work in, and be coachable. So i did that. And still am despite what is going on cause i can help so many people make there dreams come true. And be properly protected. I know so much in this short amount; but the enviorment the kids are are pressured into fighting each other this is conducted by gang related teens and adults. Ive seen somones glasses get busted cause he was hit. My son was attacked at the door when he opened the door. By peers his age. Ive seen who sells drgs to these teens what day 6hours. Than u have kids who spray paint racial slurs. Who i know. I saw kids with cans in ther hands. Oh well let it continue. I am a single mom with a mentally challened child who i will fight for protect as much when i can. Working in this this world that requires 2 people to do that. Im only me and will become better. Oh yeah dont forget the fact when they summoned me. They served my 15 not me. I thought this was home but off find something else.

Wish I can rate it zero stars... Terrible place to live. If you like homeless and tweakers around your complex looking through your car, you should live here. :) Doesn't seem safe at all.. constant cops here because of drama or someone stealing something.. Someone also passed away inside their unit for weeks and it smells TERRIBLE. The complex did not tell their tenants about it, which seems suspicious.. rent is constantly going up.. it actually went up again after the death of a tenant.. so avoid it at all costs! This complex should be destroyed and renovated. The whole place needs remodeling, SO many outdated things within the unit and with the rent price it's ridiculous. STAY AWAY.

If you're considering living at this place, I strongly advise against it. They excessively overcharge for everything. Recently, when a I visited the property and parked, there were no visible signs prohibiting parking. Yet, I was shocked to receive a nearly $400 bill for just one hour of parking. It's clear they're resorting to unfair tactics to squeeze money out of residents and visitors alike. It seems like they're struggling to fill up the residences, and now they're attempting to make up for it by nickel-and-diming residents or visitors in any way possible. If you value your finances and don't want to be taken advantage of, steer clear of this place. Furthermore, if you anticipate having guests or need to park occasionally, be prepared to be financially penalized for it. This is not a welcoming environment for those who enjoy company or need occasional parking. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for accommodation. Trust me, you'll be better off finding a place that respects its residents and doesn't prioritize profit over fairness.

I am writting about one of your Maintenance workers. Cameron is always friendly, helpful, and gets the job completed correctly. Cameron has worked on my unit on many occassions and deserves recognition.

Worst place I've ever lived. Management is horrible. They don't fix anything and when you move out they want to charge you for everything. Wear and tear don't exist there 🤣 Beware
