Even after years of moving out, hit with a debt collection letter. LOL. absolutely ridiculous of a company. They should be put down by now, confused on how it's not. They have violated so many laws, also the complex itself is actual trash and full of sketchy people. Unless you like a complex where it is unsafe, lying management, expensive rent for an outdated place that has frequently had bed bugs by the way then this is perfect for you LOL. What a shame that they're going after past tenant for money that they basically made up to pocket people. What a shame and im telling you.. DO NOT MOVE HERE, save yourself the migraine with these pos. I am NOT paying anything to this fraudulent scamming "company."

I lived here for 3 years and had constant issues until I was fed up and moved out. After checking that I didnât owe them anything a YEAR later I received a letter from a debt collector office asking for almost $1,000. They NEVER informed me or sent me a letter every though I provided them my forwarding address. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONâT MOVE HERE. They will avoid giving you information to steal money from you and be all suspicious about it. I wish I never moved here.

I have lived here three years now and let me tell you this place is the most horrid place ever, there are creeps around here this apartment is ghetto there is kids stealing mail, I have gotten over 1000$ worth of things Stolen, this place sucks donât live here there is plumbing problems and they tried covering a hole in the ceiling With tape and painting over it, I wish I could give it less than a one, and Iâve made mutiple complaints about my mail being stolen and the office doesnât do ANYTHING.
